The Global Tech Commercialization Center develops and supports strategies for commercializing innovative in-house technologies and successfully entering both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Establishing Technology Commercialization Strategies
· Developing and supporting strategies to effectively commercialize new technologies and research outcomes
· Establishing and executing commercialization strategies through activities such as market research, competitiveness analysis, and business model development
Building Technology Commercialization Partnerships
· Promoting collaboration with diverse industries and companies at home and abroad
· Enhancing the commercialization potential of technologies and identifying opportunities to enter new markets
Supporting Faculty Startups and Technology Transfer
· Assessing the market suitability of technologies and evaluating patents
· Establishing intellectual property protection strategies and supporting technology certification and assurance processes
· Providing administrative support for faculty startups and creating opportunities to attract investment
Supporting Global Market Entry
· Analyzing global market trends and building overseas networks
· Creating collaboration opportunities to establish a foothold for overseas expansion
· Supporting the early entry of promising domestic technologies into global markets and enhancing their competitiveness
