Brief Summary
My research is grounded in emergency and critical care medicine, with a focus on the pathophysiology and therapeutic strategies for life-threatening acute conditions such as sepsis and post-cardiac arrest syndrome. My major research interests include alterations in neutrophil function, receptor-mediated metabolic signaling, and the mechanisms and modulation of immune paralysis in sepsis, with the aim of identifying novel therapeutic targets. In addition, I investigate the mechanisms of brain injury in post-cardiac arrest syndrome, including ischemia-reperfusion injury and neuroinflammation, and develop neuroprotective therapeutic strategies to improve neurological recovery. Through translational research integrating clinical data and experimental studies, I aim to contribute to improving survival and long-term outcomes in critically ill emergency patients.
