Brief Summary
I am an interventional cardiologist specializing in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and clinical research.
My work centers on three areas. First, optimizing treatment after PCI, building evidence on antiplatelet strategies, stent performance, and care of high-risk patients through large-scale randomized trials (HOST-EXAM Extended, HOST-BR) and multicenter stent registries (HOST-FIRE, HOST-OASIS). Second, coronary physiology and imaging, analyzing the prognostic value of post-PCI FFR, its interaction with imaging-guided PCI, and noninvasive physiologic indices such as CT-derived FFR in international multicenter cohorts. Third, cardiovascular AI and digital healthcare, developing deep-learning ECG models for ischemia prediction and AI-integrated platforms with wearable devices to strengthen cardiovascular care in regional public hospitals.
I welcome collaborative research in cardiovascular disease, medical AI, digital healthcare, and public healthcare.
