Sample Test

Purpose

This is a process applied to medical devices (mainly medical supplies) that have been approved as manufactured or distributed items by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (hereinafter MFDS), in order to qualify for participation in the hospital's bidding process, or for products from new manufacturers among items the hospital intends to purchase as needed, or for items already in use whose materials or specifications have changed. At the beginning of each year, we receive the products (mainly medical supplies) that wish to participate in the bidding, and test whether each product is suitable for our hospital's intended use, specifications, or requirements.

Request Procedure

• As of October 2010, the receipt of sample test requests for Seoul National University Hospital was transferred to EZMEDICOM.
