Prepayment is the standard. After receiving the invoice, visit the payment desk (3rd floor of the Biomedical Research Institute), make the payment by card, and then collect your receipt.

A tax invoice can be issued. Because administrative processing takes time, the timing of result delivery should be discussed with each laboratory's contact person. Send your business registration certificate and the email address of the online tax-invoice recipient to the administrative contact (w0270@snuh.org, 02-2072-1888); once the tax invoice is issued, transfer the payment to the bank account provided.

Before your visit, coordinate the experiment schedule with the contact person of the laboratory you will use and confirm the visit date; the laboratory contact then enters the visitor list into the system. On the day of your visit, bring your ID card, obtain a visitor QR code at the information desk on the 1st floor of the Medical Research Innovation Center (CMI), and then enter.

The ZEUS equipment registration certificate or a test/analysis confirmation certificate required for research-fund processing can be issued. Please apply to the contact person of the laboratory you use.
