Usage Guide

Researchers who wish to use the Special Instruments Laboratory should complete the analysis request form below and send it to the email address listed on the form. After the request is received, the researcher will hold thorough discussions with the person in charge regarding experiment-related matters (sample type & size, sample prep, antigen retrieval, protein and RNA targets, ROIs, experiment schedule, etc.).

Requested experiments or data analyses are carried out sequentially in the order of reservation, and researchers and equipment managers must cooperate closely to produce optimal results. In addition, if consultation with the MACSima supervising professor for spatial biology is required, please complete the consultation request form attached below and send it by email; after scheduling is arranged, the discussion will proceed through an in-person or online meeting.

Visit on Reserved Date and Conduct Experiment

  • Sample delivery and wet bench experiment → operation of analysis equipment

Discussion for Results Analysis

  • Analysis pipeline (Rule-based classification)

Data Analysis and Results Delivery

  • Delivery of analysis results for all acquired ROI images and discussion of additional analyses

Fee Billing & Payment (following month)

  • The researcher makes payment after receiving the invoice
