How to Use
Researchers who wish to use the Cytomics Laboratory should complete the analysis request form below and submit it to the email address indicated on the form (21117@snuh.org).
After the request form is received, the experiment proceeds in sequence following thorough consultation with the staff regarding the experiment schedule, duration, analysis method, result reporting, and fees.
If you would like a preliminary consultation on experimental design related to cell function, metabolism, or spatial analysis before requesting an analysis, please make a phone reservation (02-2072-1714) and then visit (CMI B2213) for more detailed guidance.
Analysis Service Request Procedure
Experiment Consulting
- The laboratory staff and the requester discuss the experiment to be conducted in advance, in person
Complete and Submit the Analysis Request Form
- Complete the analysis request form and submit it by email
Consultation on Schedule and Method, and Preparation
- Additional discussion of the experimental method, schedule, and variables
- Preparation and aliquoting of essential consumables for the sample prep stage
Visit on the Reserved Date and Conduct the Experiment
- Sample delivery and wet bench experiment → operation of analysis equipment
Discussion for Result Analysis
- Meeting for quantitative analysis of results and development of the analysis algorithm
Data Analysis and Delivery of Results
- Delivery of analyzed results and discussion of additional analysis
Fee Billing and Payment
- The requester makes payment at the Biomedical Research Institute (BRI) payment desk using the received invoice
