One platform for integrated Genomics Research - Discovery, Validation, and Mechanism integrated platform

Based on human-derived resources, the Genomics Laboratory performs nucleic acid extraction from both large sample sets and trace specimens using automated systems, and can comprehensively obtain cfDNA/RNA, cellular, and genomic information from a single blood sample. It also carries out systematic quality control through fluorometric nucleic acid quantification and nucleic acid size-based QC systems.

The laboratory supports multimodal, multi-omics discovery research including genomic, transcriptomic, single-cell/nuclei transcriptomic, ATAC, and spatial transcriptome analyses, and actively applies the latest bioinformatics techniques. From the discovery stage through validation and mechanism research, it supports integrated studies involving both in vitro and in vivo models.
